The Arbors formely Arlington Place apartments is 100% occupied. Just purchased in April of 2011 the occupancy when acquired was just over 80%. In less than one year of Axiom Management we have filled the apartments and infused over a million dollars of capital back into the property.
Pine Ridge apartments in Moline, IL just added a awesome amenity package. We sure hope the residents will love the convenience of working out in their own community.

Lincolnshire West 100% Occupied for the 14th consecutive year.
Lincolnshire West in DeKalb, Illinois home of Northern Illinois University (NIU) reached 100% occupancy for the 14th consecutive year. Lincolnshire also enjoys consistently being voted best place to live by NIU students. Lincolnshire West is again one of Axiom's top performers.
Axiom Properties has arranged the acquisition of two apartment communities. The first property consists of 218 units in Rockford, Illinois known as Arlington Place Apartments. Yes this is the same property we operated from 1999 until 2006. The second property is Rimrock Hills in Madison, Wisconsin. This property is 140 units located just south of the Beltline on Rimrock Road. This brings Axioms total units managed to over 4,850.

Springtree Apartments, Middleton WI celebrates its Grand Opening for New WiFi lounge, Business and Fitness Center. With the success of other properties, Springtree repurposed a one bedroom apartment into the three amenities. This improvement sets Springtree ahead of its competition in the Middleton market.
Park Village, Madison Wisconsin achieves 100% occupancy. Our second property to reach 100% occupancy this summer. Congratulations to the Team. River Oaks maintains its 100% occupancy. Keep up the good work.

Lincolnshire West DeKalb, IL refinanced its current debt with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, LLC on April 30th 2010. Terms of the transaction are withheld. The proceeds of the transaction will be used for capital improvements for the property and distribution to ownership. Lincolnshire West’s debt is now fixed for the next 10 years.
River Oaks in Moline, Illinois closed on a new mortgage with First Midwest Bank. Terms of the transaction are withheld.

Park Village Madison, WI - January 15th Grand Opening of the Park Village Clubhouse. The Clubhouse features New WiFi Lounge, Business Center and Expanded Fitness Center. The New Clubhouse replaces the 2,600 SF Indoor Pool. Over 1,000 SF is dedicated to the fitness center with state of the art equipment. Students at Park Village will be able to complete and print their term papers in the Business Center featuring Dell computers and Highspeed internet access . Finally the WiFi Lounge will allow our residents to sit by the fire and surf the internet. The entire project was complete within the budget of $275,000 and on time.
